The aim of SAE LAO is to create high-quality employment opportunities, including job training and capacity building.
We aim to involve locals in projects not only as employees and students, but also as leaders and idea-generators. Our project is run so that all staff members participate in decision making and making plans for the future of the project.
Some of the projects developed at Sae Lao include involving the local community in producing and selling natural and local products to boost their income.
Our team consists of full time employees that works at Sae lao and an ever-changing group of volunteers from all over the world!
